TJ has an extensive background in audit and commerce, accumulated over 25 years in both the UK and Australia.
He is responsible for the audits of several large and public entities and a range of other organisations and also provides corporate finance and company secretarial advice to a range of Australian and international companies. TJ also has detailed knowledge of the ASX listing rules.
TJ has extensive experience in advising clients on proposed acquisitions and disposals of businesses and has undertaken numerous valuation and due diligence assignments. He also has experience with the IPO process including conversion of company status, capital raising and prospectus preparation, and was involved with the float of Triton Gold, one of the first successful floats after the GFC.
He is the author of a publication called Business Purchase Review, which comprises some 300 matters to consider in respect to the sale and purchase of a business, and has written and presented seminars on business valuation.
