Mal leads the Corporate Finance team and has been a director of MGI Perth since 1994.
His experience has been gained by providing professional and business services to a diverse range of clients. Mal works closely with clients to help them improve their business performance and ultimately achieve their strategic and business goals. He specialises in privately owned businesses, ranging from start-ups to large and well-established corporations.
Mal has significant experience in assisting clients with being listed on the ASX, consolidating businesses via acquisition strategies, merger/demerger strategies, management buy-ins by way of venture capital and leading the trade sale transactions of a number of clients.
Mal facilitates MGI’s Investor Ready program, assisting clients to understand their business value equation, and how they can improve it by implementing a strategy that is attractive to potential investors. He also works with clients in the areas of business planning, strategic planning and sits on a number of clients’ boards and advisory boards.
