Darren has over 13 years of experience in the UK and Australia within both commerce and practice.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK, having trained as an external auditor in mid-tier practices.
Since moving to Australia and gaining relevant corporate experience at a niche accounting firm, Darren now specialises in providing tailored compliance support to junior listed companies. He provides advice and assistance from listing to the point where a full-time resource is required.
Darren is able to assist by providing a central resource to manage the pathway towards an initial listing on the ASX, and provide the Board with all the compliance support that is required post-listing.
