Bruce is the Managing Director of MGI Perth.
Bruce specialises in Business Advisory, Business Development and Project Development services as well as providing general advice to clients in relation to taxation and business management.
His experience includes advising clients on strategic planning, business planning and development as well as improvement strategies for a wide range of businesses. This extensive experience also includes advising clients on the development, funding and management of property investment and development projects and investment vehicles.
Bruce is also regularly involved in the development of feasibility studies, business assessments and due diligence reviews for new business proposals and investment projects. He also provides business structure reviews, especially the development of shareholder and partnership agreements and buy/sell arrangements.
